The standard receptacle is included in the standard Fixed Price Cremations package.
This is how the cremated remains will be returned to you if you do not choose another type of urn or tube.
Some people may be unsure of what they plan to do with the ashes of their loved one or may want to decide later.
in that case, the standard receptacle is ideal as it provides a safe and secure vessel for the cremated remains.
This receptacle is in fact the most common type of container used for ashes in Australia.
It is about the size of shoe box and made of plastic, making it a practical and durable container for housing ashes.
The standard receptacle has a round hole and cap that can be removed with a butter knife or flat-head screwdriver.
We recommend consulting a crematorium or funeral home should you wish to decanter the ashes into a new vessel, but you are within your rights to do it yourself should you wish to do so.
