Can the ashes be sent to family in Canberra or Sydney?
Yes. Delivery of ashes anywhere in Australia is included. You can nominate an Australian postal address, including a PO Box, when making arrangements.
Do we have to organise a memorial?
No. You can choose a gathering, a private remembrance or no event at all. There is no funeral ceremony or mourner attendance included in the unattended cremation service.
Can you help us organise a memorial?
No. To keep our service simple and affordable, we focus on what we specialise in, and that’s cremation. Our team can definitely provide guidance and recommendations when it comes to planning a memorial, but we don’t facilitate memorial services ourselves.
